Cranberry Sauce


Happy belated thanksgiving!  This was a great weekend of numerous gatherings.  For the last one I was asked to bring cranberry sauce, which was wonderful since I had ran out of time to make much else.  I tried something different this time and added some orange, which complimented the cranberries perfectly!

What you'll need
4 cups Cranberries, frozen
Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Water

How to
Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat.  Bring to boil then simmer, stirring frequently, until cranberries pop.  Let cool at room temperature, then place in fridge until ready to serve.  Easy!
