What you'll need
1 lb Green beans, trimmed
1 Red pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch Pepper
How to
1. Steam the green beans.
2. Cook the red pepper in oil over medium heat until soft.
3. Add the beans, basil, slat and pepper and toss to combine. Serve.
