Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Recipe by Canadian Living.

It's October!  It's the time for chicken, potatoes and gravy.  This recipe makes great tasting chicken and even better tasting gravy!

What you'll need
1 whole Chicken, rinsed (about 5 lbs)
Salt and pepper
1 small Onion, quartered
1/4 cup Fresh rosemary, chopped

How to
1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2.  Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

3.  Stuff with the onion and rosemary.

4.  Place the chicken into a roasting pan and cook for 2 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.   Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the bird.
