Here is a spinach salad you won't be able to get enough of!
What you'll need
1 bunch Fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
1 cup Strawberries, washed and sliced
1/2 cup Pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
1/4 cup Feta or Goat cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Liquid honey
How to
1. In a measuring cup, mix together the vinegar, oil, mustard and honey until well combined.
2. Place the spinach and strawberries in a medium bowl. Drizzle dressing over spinach and gently toss.
3. Top with feta or goat cheese and pecans. Serve.
