Cajun Chicken

Recipe modified. Original recipe from Anna Magazine.
This chicken is amazing! My husband went crazy over it. Its spicy and juicy...just perfect actually!

What you'll need
6 Chicken thighs, bone in, skin on
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Mustard powder
3/4 tsp Ground white pepper
3/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt

How to
1. For the rub, mix together all the ingredients (except the chicken) in a small bowl and set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Liberally spread rub under skin and all over thighs.

3. Place onto glass baking dish and cook uncovered for 40 minutes.

4. Preheat BBQ to medium heat and place chicken on grill for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
